I just made this smoothie for a few years. I do enough to drink on the spot and put in my thermos to drink around 10:00.

When making this drink I just start putting things in the blender without measuring. You can do the same and make adjustments as you go.

* Banana peeler
* Strawberries or raspberries 4-5 or other fruits,
* One tablespoon of lecithin granules
* One to two teaspoons of flaxseed oil
* Half and half almond milk and apple juice

In a coffee grinder and grind teaspoon around or less than the following:

* Brown sesame seeds - a high percentage of lecithin, vitamin C, E and calcium. They are working to improve liver function and help in constipation
* Sunflower seeds - a high percentage of calcium, protein and iron. It is one of the best natural foods that nourish the body.
* Flax seeds - high in fiber and contain the bulk of the stool.
* Almonds - about 6-7 or more to use. It is rich in phosphorus, calcium and B vitamins have some. Eat only a few. They are rich in calories.

After grinding the seeds, and put them in a blender and mix everything for about 3-4 minutes. If you need a little sweetness, you can add a small amount of honey. I found this sweet honey drink without much.

Sometimes I'll add some acidophilus powder capsules.

If I did not add almonds, and I just put all the small seeds in a blender without grinding them. Blender to break them.

It is a powerful Meles to give you the strength this morning and to activate your colon to move.
