5 ways to calm the mind, body and spirit

On self-improvement (or self-help) Tools come in many shapes and sizes, sometimes in physical nature (self-help book, massage, painting with watercolors), or the nature of the spiritual (essences flower, Reiki, meditation which is both physical and spiritual, etc.).
Five of the best self-help options that you used successfully to help calm my mind, body and spirit, are as follows:

1. Meditation techniques - a wonderful self-help tool that benefit a lot of public health and welfare. There are many techniques to choose from, such as:

Reflections visually oriented;

Meditation candle;

Breathing meditation;

Crystal meditation;

Meditation Books (alternating with hand dominant and non-dominant);

Walking meditation;

Survey of the body, and

A self-healing meditation using color, and breath work, aromatherapy, etc..

2. Watercolor, pastel or oil paints - express your uniqueness through art. It is a self-help wonderful to use for internal healing, letting go and create something new (a masterpiece for your living room wall).

3. Vibrational essences. Part of ancient wisdom, vibrational essences are used in healing to help remove obstacles and psychological patterns, as well as the problems of past lives.

Gems are generally in liquid form, and can also be used in ointments, creams and oils (I sometimes combine mine with a combination of essential oils).

Material vibration of light (the sun, moon, etc.), energy healing (global energy or spiritual, Prana, Reiki, etc.), and plants (flowers, stems, leaves, etc.), and minerals (crystals, etc.. Gold) and environmental (holy places) or any animal.

Some examples of the jewels available (there are many) to explore further as a self-help are:

And flower essences and owners, Shell, coral, sea, gods, and chakra essences

4. Journal writing is a wonderful self-help tool for healing you connect with your true essence, spiritual yourself.

Find yourself a special magazine / to write diaries, something special to write with (can be colored inks strongly or more traditional black, blue or red), and make an appointment with yourself to do some magazine writing every morning at the same time (before getting out of bed).

Practiced writing as a self-help magazine for many years and they still find to this day, one of the greatest assistance and tools necessary for self-improvement through self - and it costs nothing!

Write your worries and sadness and loneliness, or what plays on your mind. When you have done that writing in a journal your excitement and enthusiasm and passion you intend to experience the day before, and projects you're working on, your friends will catch up and the food you eat, and the miracles that are associated, shopping to do, your day of work, etc..

5. Get a massage. Treat yourself to a body massage such as Swedish. Swedish is a type of traditional cloth or soft massage Western, if you're looking for something a little more unique for healing mind, body and spirit, you can choose:

Aromatherapy massage - there's nothing quite like this one using essential oils for the body and mind.

Ka Huna, Lomilomi - a nice, relaxing, soothing and stretching massage (Massage View so this is relaxing);

Thinking - therapeutic hand and foot massage;

Reiki - healing hands on energy (chakras aligned etc..)

Vichy Shower - warm water is directed to the body, and gently massage (which is heavenly, especially after rubbing salt).

Acupressure - form the structure of the car on the basis of the theory of Chinese Meridian

Ayurvedic - part of the detoxification program to renew traditional in India called Panchakarma - massage with warm oils and herbs to eliminate toxins blending violent, calm, balance and inner peace and facilitates deep.

Hot stone massage - applied to the warm smooth stones of the body and hands used by the treating physician.

Massage is listed in the wake of the earlier form of Swedish massage. I was given a small smooth rocks to hold in your hand at the end of the massage, the wizard feet and "tuned" For me, it seemed like the clarinet going up and down stairs. To say that I felt comfortable and activated at the same time is an understatement. It was incredible.

I experimented with many ways self-help tools over the years, it has been on an amazing journey with the help comes from the deeper mind. Sometimes good comes from being blinded light.
