7 ways to boost your energy

I hope everyone feels more active during the day. Naturally go through periods of higher activity which contrasts with times of relaxation. The problem occurs when necessary and focus more energy than we can give. Or when we try to sleep and can not. Follow these tips are invaluable to a new you!
1) to stay on a regular sleep schedule. You can not stay up late on weekends and all of a sudden just up update Monday morning. If you do enjoy later nights on Friday and Saturday promised to go to bed early on Sunday to wake up rested.

2) Avoid sugar and caffeine roller coaster. Eat protein and foods that contain little fat in the morning. Brain needs protein and the body does not store it. You do not need to eat much for a cup of low-fat milk and a piece of cheese, or a handful of nuts will get you going instead of pure carbohydrates, such as bread normal.

3) Take a nap for 5-10 minutes on the power lunch. Even if you close your eyes and let your mind wander is updated on the afternoon. This is also effective anytime you feel not concentrating, reading the same material over and over again. Allow to completely relax and desire a few moments.

4) Drink more water and liquids. I know everyone says to drink more fluids. But most Americans are in a constant state of dehydration filling soft drinks, coffee and tea, with caffeine. It is very stressful to the kidneys and can cause irritation of the bladder. Maintain sports bottle filled with water in your favorite flavor or just keep it with you at all times. Target without lunch, fill, empty again by the time work is completed. Carry a lot of water in the car too for you and your family.

5) Exercise regularly. This is easier said than done with a busy schedule. A poor level of fitness, you take to be out of breath and heart racing when you do simple things like climbing stairs or doing housework. Park and walk away when you shop for this camera movie or get exercise tape to play when the weather is bad. An example for the rest of your family and maybe they will be involved in too!

6) A joke a day keeps the doctor away. Seriously, and laughter has many beneficial effects on the body. Chemicals in the brain for peace and happiness and fun knows more laughter, and good heart. Live alone? Get funny movie or watch a light comedy on television. Or sarcastic put on anything, though.

7) Avoid confrontations and situations with negative people. Know who they are. They will not change, but you bring your mood down. The complainants, talkative, and souls are generally not happy that we all have to deal with on a day to day basis drain our energy if we let them. Be polite but avoid getting caught or excuse to listen to their problems solved.

8) Take regular, daily supplements of the highest quality. Our food and diets do not correspond to the amounts needed for maximum health. There is a difference between undernutrition and avoid performance.
